Marketing Manager

Compensation Range: OTE of $60,000 + competitive equity

Would you like to take ownership for building the brand and marketing strategy of a fast-moving artificial intelligence start-up? Balto is looking for a marketing manager to join our ground-floor startup, grow alongside the organization, and take a leading role in defining our brand and marketing strategy.

We are hiring a marketing manager to create, evolve, and maintain Balto’s brand elements and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for crafting strategies that predictably drive leads to Balto’s sales funnel and for supporting your strategy with compelling branded content and diligent distribution. You will work directly with Balto’s CEO to measure the impact of your work and continuously improve your methods week after week. You might be a great fit for this position if you enjoy working in a flexible, cooperative environment where the content you produce directly influences Balto’s sales performance.

Customer Success Manager

Balto is looking for a customer success manager to join our ground-floor startup, grow alongside the organization, and take a leading role in crafting the strategies we use to ensure that Balto’s customers see phenomenal results from our technology.

We are hiring a customer success manager to be the linchpin that packages our engineering and sales teams’ insights into practical deliverables for our customers. You will be responsible for communicating with our engineering team, sales team, and most importantly, our customers to organize and direct the many steps of Balto’s enterprise-scale technology implementations. You will work directly with Balto’s CTO to discover key indicators of customer satisfaction and analyze our customer data for trends, ultimately taking whatever actions are necessary to strengthen relationships with Balto’s customers. Language Analysis Support

Compensation Range: Hourly

 

Would you like to grow alongside a fast-moving startup while learning about artificial intelligence? 

 

Balto is looking for part-time help analyzing/categorizing language data for our speech recognition platform.

Though this job requires diligence and repetition, it is also very rewarding, as your work will explicitly improve Balto’s performance and success. Balto’s management team will also set aside the time you show you the interworkings of a startup and what it takes to get a company off the ground.
